BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST

Baywood Hotels, Inc. seeks a Business Systems Analyst to analyze business requirements and procedures to improve existing business processes and computer systems. Carry out Business Process Review (BPR) information and develop system modules to upgrade business information systems. Develop and update Revenue Management System, Asset Management System, and Networking System using Java, PL SQL, MS SQL, MS Visual Studio, VB.Net, XML, VBA and advance development tools. Assist with Hotel Industries Business processes as well as IT resources and enabling technologies. Direct and evaluate design and maintenance of internet and intranet sites with focus on e-commerce solutions to manage hotel group's internet presence including public relations, communications and commercial activities. Analyze online and e-business security vulnerabilities and develop and implement network security measures to ensure proprietary and customer data protection. Iimplement end-to-end systems integration, process analysis and development methodologies.

Requirements: Master’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Information Systems or in Business Administration and Java, PL SQL, MS SQL, MS Visual Studio, VB.Net, XML, VBA skills required.
